Performance testing is the testing of software's performance under different loads, including response time, throughput, number of concurrent users, and other aspects. Performance testing can identify performance bottlenecks and issues in software under high load conditions, ensuring that the software can still run normally under high load conditions.
Monitoring alarms are used to monitor the running status and performance indicators of software, promptly detect abnormal situations and performance issues, and notify relevant personnel through the alarm system for handling. By monitoring alarms, software anomalies can be responded to in a timely manner, reducing the impact of software failures on users.
Online and offline support refers to ensuring the stability and reliability of software through online monitoring and offline testing after it goes live. Real time monitoring can be achieved through online monitoring
