Many aluminum factories in China, due to a variety of different conditions, produce a great difference in the material of aluminum, sales prices are also large differences, each ton can be poor 4 to 5,000 yuan. The domestic price of aluminum ingots is basically the same. During the processing, there is such a big difference, and the quality difference is also very great. The quality of aluminum profiles depends on the following major factors:

1. Alloying elements: Alloy 6063 is an alloy prepared with aluminum, magnesium and silicon as the main elements. Each element has a certain range of content, and the price of magnesium is high. In order to reduce costs, some manufacturers use less magnesium to allow less content. In some cases, the content of magnesium is lower than the allowable amount. Some factories add waste wires and waste pot aluminum waste pots to alloys, basically no 6063 alloy. As a result, the mechanical strength of aluminum profiles is very low, and can be as low as bending with two hands and one bend. It is commonly referred to as "noodle" as soft. This is one of the reasons why aluminum can be a few thousand dollars cheaper.

Formal aluminum manufacturers have internal standards when formulating alloy components, that is, within the range of various elemental contents, each factory has its own smaller range of variation, and the ratio among aluminum, magnesium and silicon is very strict. Each plant has its own data and is confidential. Qualified formula-made alloys can guarantee the quality. Otherwise, the quality will not increase.
