【China Aluminum Industry Network】Aluminum alloy heat insulation profile is a compound profile with heat insulation function made of aluminum alloy profile and made of aluminum alloy profile and heat insulation material. Aluminium alloy heat insulation profiles are divided into two categories according to their composite methods. Inspection of aluminum alloy heat insulation profiles is usually divided into three major parts, apart from inspection of aluminum alloy profiles, inspection of heat insulation materials and inspection of composite aluminum alloy heat insulation profiles. The inspection items of composite aluminum alloy heat insulation profiles include scale error, appearance quality, longitudinal shear test, transverse tensile test, torsion test, high temperature durable load test, and thermal cycle test, among which the scale error, appearance quality, and longitudinal shear Cutting experiments are items that must be inspected in each batch. Lateral tensile test, torsion resistance test, high temperature endurance load test, and thermal cycling test are periodic inspection items, that is, method inspections.

Aluminum alloy heat insulation profiles commonly used functional inspection experimental equipment and equipment:
1 Special shear test machine for shear test;
2 (electronic) tensile (or hydraulic all-round) tester for tensile and shear experiments;
3 Test boxes for high temperature, low temperature shear, tensile and thermal cycling experiments (high and low temperature environments);
4 Test box for high temperature durable load test;

Each experiment should be taken in each batch of 2, each root in the middle and both ends of the cut five samples, and do the identification. First, the scale inspection
Inspection of the dimensions of the thermal insulation profile includes examination of the dimensions of the aluminum alloy profile, inspection of the dimensions of the thermal insulation material and dimensional inspection of the composite thermal insulation profile. Inspection of aluminum alloy profiles and thermal material dimensional inspections are usually conducted before compounding. See Chapter 4, Section l, for dimensional inspection of insulation material. In the process of inspection of aluminum alloy profiles, in addition to the routine inspection of aluminum alloy profiles, inspections of the dimensions of the slot of the thermal insulation slot and the dimensions of the open profile of the threaded strip profile have been added.
1. Typical shapes, dimensions and inspections of casting troughs
The typical shape of casting trough is shown in Figure 6-4-3 and Figure 6-4-4, and the scales are shown in Table 6-4-6 and Table 6-4-7.

When planning the casting trough, a suitable width/depth ratio should be adhered to, in order to improve the fluidity of the heat insulation material when writing in the trough, so as to facilitate better structural strength. The gap width ratio of the casting trough (surface area of the trough and the gap 2) should be less than 3.5. All internal angles in the casting trough should be rounded to prevent viscous fluids from forming a hazardous void in the pouring process. Four mechanical locking points should be planned inside the casting trough.
Insulation profiles are inspected prior to casting for gating troughs and samples are taken in accordance with Table 6-4-5.
2. Wear strip heat insulation slot
The typical dimensions of the slotted heat insulation slot are shown in Fig. 6—4—5. The dimension of the slot in the insulation slot is not in line with the demand and directly affects the shear resistance of the insulation profile. In the dimension of the insulation trough V1, the 2.90 mm dimension is more important. The strip-type heat-insulating profiles were inspected before the opening of the heat-insulating slot, and the sampling was performed according to Table 6-4-5.
