The thickness is not enough, and the surface of the aluminum profile is rust and corrosion. Some aluminum profiles without a name, site, production license and certificate have a thickness of only 2 to 4 um, and some even have no oxide film. According to experts' estimates, for every 1 um reduction in oxide film thickness, the cost per ton of profile can be reduced by more than 150 yuan.

The chemical composition is unqualified. The aluminum profile with a large amount of miscellaneous aluminum and scrap aluminum can greatly reduce the cost, but it will lead to the unqualified chemical composition of the aluminum profile of the building, which seriously jeopardizes the safety of the construction project.

Reduce the wall thickness of the profile. 90 series sliding window type, according to national standards, the wall thickness of aluminum profiles is not less than 1.4mm, and some Guangdong products are only 0.6 to 0.7mm. 46 series of ground door type, the minimum thickness of the aluminum profile used by the national standard is not less than 1.62mm. In the sampling inspection, some products in Guangdong are only 0.97 to 1.18mm.

Inferior aluminum profiles greatly reduce the sealing time, reduce the loss of chemical reagents, and reduce the cost, but the corrosion resistance of the profiles is also greatly reduced.
