6. FAQQ1: Can I have a sample for testing?A: Yes of course. For standard profiles we would like to provide our customer samples, but normally 10cm length sample. And for custom profiles, we will provide samples once its moulding finished(generally 10-20 days). If you have specified length for profiles, please let us know at begain.
Q2: Can I add my logo on the profiles or packing?A: Yes,OEM and ODM are available for us.
But you should send us the Trademark authorization letter.
Q3: How can I do if I couldn't reach the MOQ?A: Best price based on big quantity. For standard profiles we will not request MOQ. As well as for the first order of custom profiles, but in the second order we will request you MOQ500kg. In addition, for not commonly used standatd profiles, we will request you MOQ500kg as well.
Q4: Do you have inspection procedures for profiles?A: 100% self-inspection before shipping.
